We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fashion Designer to join our team in empowering rural women. This position offers the opportunity to use your creativity and expertise to design culturally relevant, marketable, and sustainable fashion that generates income and economic independence for rural women. You will work closely with our team and the women directly, providing design guidance, training, and resources.

This job is about helping young people, especially women, disabled individuals, and transgender individuals in villages and communities to start their own small businesses. - Strong community engagement abilities and excellent communication skills in the local language
- Able to mobilize, identify & motivate youth specially women, disables & transgenders to start own small businesses in their own villages or communities.
- Good Understanding about local market and small businesses which can be started with a small investment
- A good command of MS office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to collect information from beneficiaries.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify right & deserving candidates to help through entrepreneurship promotion
- Candidate must have own two-wheeler & smart phone.
The selected person will be responsible for implementing entrepreneurship development project activities on the ground. Their responsibilities will include identifying new women or disable youth applicants, conducting family background checks, meeting with family members, maintaining records of all applicants, organizing selection panels, assisting with product purchases, business openings, coordinating business promotional activities, conduct training, Exposure visits, collecting & reporting income, and meeting with women regularly to provide support. They will also connect women with each other to create an offline marketplace, maintain a stock register and inventory, supply products, ensure proper storage, supply raw materials, coordinate capacity-building training, execute exposure visits, report monthly income, and collect and file all bills and vouchers related to expenses for the women entrepreneurship project.
Project Coordinator – Women Empowerment Projects
A candidate should possess
- Strong coordination abilities with Excellent written & verbal (English & Hindi) skills.
- Excellent MS office command specially in Excel & PPT and ability to collect informations personally / virtually from beneficiaries, Mobilizers & other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing project needs and priorities.
The coordinator is responsible for Women Empowerment projects across different locations and directly accountable for collecting information in structured formats and sharing it with different stakeholders. He/she will be regularly in touch with all field mobilizers and NGO partners to track and monitor progress, conduct trainings, select beneficiaries, provide business mentoring, research market linkages, and gather feedback on all project activities. He/she might need to travel if needed.
The coordinator should be able to take the lead in planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring, and controlling the projects running with the support of different clients. He/she is responsible for the project’s daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to all stakeholders as applicable.
Project Manager – Women Empowerment Projects
A candidate should possess
- Strong Leadership and team management abilities with Excellent written & verbal (English & Hindi) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Own vehicle for Field visits.
- Excellent MS office command specially in Excel & PPT and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing project needs and priorities.
This is a team leader’s profile, and the candidate is overall responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Women Empowerment projects across different locations in India and directly accountable for all queries and feedback from NGO management and CSR partners. He/she will be regularly in touch with all field mobilizers, tracking and monitoring progress, conducting trainings, selecting beneficiaries, conducting business mentoring, researching market linkages, and gathering feedback on all project activities. He/she might need to travel 10-15 days a month to interview applicants, attend business openings, and provide mentoring to businesswomen.
The candidate should be able to take the lead in planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring, and controlling the projects running with the support of different clients. He/ She is responsible for the project’s daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to all stakeholders as applicable.
