Himachal Pradesh being a mountainous and fragile state geographically has undergone massive destruction and loss with regards to the present monsoon season. Even when there has been just a month down the monsoon season, Himachal has witnessed large number of losses with regards to road infrastructure, buildings and houses, power plants, environmental damage, and livestock as well. As per reports, the damage has been in number of districts but more so in districts of Shimla, Kullu and Mandi.

Particularly looking into the present losses of 31st July 2024, it has been seen that people of the affected areas have lost all their possessions due to cloudburst followed by flash floods. Their houses with belongings have been completely washed off (Attached Damage and Loss Report Kullu District dated 06-08-2024) and have to restart their life from scratch.

Looking into the needs of the people under damaged area we would like to contribute our services to the state and the affected people of Himachal Pradesh.
