Sonu Mali : Class 4 village boy got
“National Bravery Award 2016” Winner

 

Sonu Mali was a student of class 4 in 2015, of a Govt School, Manoharpura, Karauli. We have been supporting the school students’ by providing them educational material, Swaters, Uniform, sports kits, certificate etc. and also motivating them to better future since 2014. Every year we used to visit the school during 26 Jan or 15 Aug celebration. We found that Sonu Mali did an act of bravery by saving life of a another child from a black Cobra Snake from a running class in the school on 21st Sept 2015. We identified him as a potential candidates for National Bravery Award and prepared his all the document and submitted. Later he was awarded with “National Bravery Award 2016” by PM & president of India. Now his entire education is sponsored by ICCW,Delhi.


 

Thaneshwari:

Class 9 student is now a State player

Dhaneshwari is a 9th class student and she is a daughter of a daily wage labour. There are 6 siblings in the family and it is very difficult to support education of all the kids and other house hold expenses hence 4 members of the family was studying at our NGO. In 2017, we organized a sports meet for our students at Asola and we found that that Dhaneshwari is a outstanding talented girl in the sports activities. He did fantastic in different sports activities. Hence we decided to support her for sports training. We helped her get the training from the physical trainer. Now she has been playing at state & national level in 300 / 1500 mtr race and Kabbadi games.  We hope she will move to national level  games soon.
 

 

 Nakul : Class 8 house keeping boy turn into a Choreographer

Nakul was doing house keeping work in a residential society at Noida and he was studying in class 8 in 2014. We found his talent of becoming a good dancer but his family was against his passion. He was asked to work as a house keeping boy to earn money to support his education expenses as his parents was also working as house keeping staff in same society. We met his parents and convince them  to allow him to dance and also asked Nakul to focus on his studies too. We started supporting him for his education and dance classes both in 2014 and now he is studying in class 12 at Noida and also working as a choreographer at a leading dance academy in Noida. We are now providing him scholarship for his 12 class

studies.

 

 

 Sanja Bairava: An inspiring Girl completing B Ed. Course in 2019

•  Sanja Bairava is a daughter of a very poor “Silicosis” patient from Kosara village in Karauli
district of Rajasthan. Village is known as “Village of Widows” due to most of the people work in stone mines and they get infected by Silicosis disease and they die at the age around 40 years. The village didn’t had anyone graduate though the district HQ was just 4-5 KM from the village. At the same time hardly any girl was allowed to go to school after 5th class but we found Sanja Kumar as only girl who passed 10th class in 2014. We started supporting her education and convince her parents to allow her to study further. Later we
also provided her computer trainings and coaching classes for competitive 
exams.. Now she is doing BEd degree and preparing for a Govt job. She has inspired many of the girls from the village and now parents have allowed their daughter’s to go to school event in district school.

 

Shivani & Jyoti : Become Computer Trainer’s from a village in Rajasthan 

Shivani & Jyoti are the daughters of  farmers from Manoharpura village in Rajasthan. Many girls are not allowed to go to other village to peruse studiesafter 8th class as there is no school in the village. But both girls continue studies and completed 12th class in 2016.
• In 2016 PURE India gave special computer trainings of 8 days at Gurgaon to run a computer training
center in the village. Now both are the trainer at the school and teaching computers to the students of  Manoharpura govt school
• Both are an inspiration to many other girls of the villages. Their performance as trainer is    outstanding Jyoti & Shivani said, “We have never thought of learning computer and visiting Delhi / Gurgaon. We are very happy that we got training at Gurgaon and now we are helping many more children and girls of our village to learn computer. We would be able to complete our graduation.  Now more girls from our village thinking that they can also lean Skills to get succeed in life. “
