The 6th Annual Leadership Summit 2026, held in the picturesque landscapes of Kashmir from 25–30 May 2026, brought together the leadership team of PURE India Trust for a unique blend of strategic planning, team bonding, and experiential learning, Annual reward & recognition, Strategic decision disseminated and lot more. During the trip, the team explored some of Kashmir’s iconic destinations, including Sonmarg, Dal lake, Shankaracharya Temple, Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Pahalgam, and Mata Vaishno Devi, creating memorable experiences while strengthening team spirit.
Evenings were filled with engaging recreational activities, cultural interactions, and team-building sessions that encouraged collaboration and celebrated the organization’s vibrant work culture. The summit also featured a leadership conference where key organizational achievements, future strategies, and program priorities were discussed. A special awards ceremony was organized to recognize and appreciate the dedication, outstanding contributions, and achievements of team members.
