- Please note that if we receive less than 15 registrations for the workshop, we may need to postpone the event date. In the unfortunate event of the workshop being canceled by us, you will receive a 100% refund from our side. Therefore, we recommend booking your travel tickets after the confirmation of the location on or after July 16th, to avoid any potential complications.
- Regarding cancellations, please be aware that if a participant chooses to cancel their registration, no refund will be provided. This is because the arrangements for the workshop will be made based on the number of participants, and canceling a registration would still incur the arrangement costs for us.
- Lastly, we would like to inform all participants that we reserve the rights to take photographs and record the workshop for promotional purposes. By registering for the workshop, you are granting us permission to use any photographs or recordings taken during the event without requiring any further permission from you.
