Geeta, from Battipura village in Dholpur, once worked as a laborer in fields, struggling to feed her family. She was among the poorest women in her village. Her life changed when she received support from SIDBI Swavalamban Foundation and PURE India Trust.
With their help, she opened a grocery shop and now earns ₹3000- ₹4000 profit each month. Her children are getting better education, and her family’s future looks brighter. Using her savings, Geeta also started goat farming. Today, she is confidently moving towards self-reliance and dreams of building a strong, permanent home. Her journey is proof that support and determination can transform lives.
